混合式探空火箭之2.45GHz通訊模組與地面接收站實作

摘要


本論文應用於混合式探空火箭計畫,為了確保任務執行成功與日後應用需求,在火箭飛行過程將資料即時遙測下載是必要的。尤其在載具高速移動時需要傳送大量的資訊,所觸及的通信問題相當具挑戰性。本論文將研發出一套2.45 GHz的火箭遙測系統。 本論文首先簡要介紹sbRIO9636微控器(Microcontroller Unit;MCU)和2.45GHz通訊模組A7131的基本原理和相關的特點。接者,詳細說明本論文之開發流程,並將其設定為頻率為2.45GHz,發送功率約10dBm的通訊模組。應用方面,在LabVIEW上撰寫傳送端介面,傳送端可傳送64bytes data,接收端可直接在人機介面上看到所接收到之資料,計算其錯誤率,分析功率、距離及錯誤率在此通訊系統間的關係。 透過實際的遠距測試,在傳送端與接收端距離三十公里,所得之錯誤率為0.0037,並將之應用於混合式探空火箭。在火箭端可以傳送一些相關參數,在地面接收站便可收集到火箭上的一些資料,如經緯度座標、溫度、壓力等等的資訊。

It is mandatory for aerospace engineers to download real-time flight data from the rocket for the sake of not only ensuring the mission is successful but also future demands, however, it is a challenge to receive mass data correctly in such scenario. Therefore, in this thesis, we developed a remote sensing system used for hybrid rocket at 2.45 GHz band. Furthermore, the proposed system can also be applied to other wireless communication systems at 2.45 GHz. The proposed remote sensing system module is composed of a sbRIO9636 microcontroller(MCU) and an A7131 RF module that works at 2.45 GHz, and in this thesis we used two modules as transmitter and receiver while conducting RF function tests in which the transmitted data length is 64 Bytes. We then designed graphic user interface(GUI) on the transmitter and receiver modules in LABVIEW for the sake of evaluating system performance such as bit-error rate (BER), received signal strength(RSS), and Line-of-Sight(LOS) distance according to the received data observed from GUI. Through the field test with LOS distance of 30 km, the BER obtained from the RF function test is 0.0037. We then applied the remote sensing system to the ground station for receiving information such as latitude, longitude, temperature, and pressure from the launched hybrid rocket.
