利用自由基不終止聚合反應,合成出4-(N,N-Diethyldithiocarbamylmethyl) benzyltrimethylammonium作為clay改質劑,之後添加不同比例1%至10%改質後clay於ABS/PC中,合成奈米複合材料再以DSC、拉伸測試之。 另一方面,以電化學聚合吡咯(pyrrole)及3-己烷噻吩(3-hexylthiophene): 1.將吡咯(pyrrole)單體以樟腦磺酸(CSA)為電解質進行電化學聚合,並以UV、DSC、XRD、CV等分析討論其物性與化性。 2.合成3-己基噻吩(3-hexylthiophene)單體後以電化學聚合,再以UV、DSC、XRD、 CV分析討論其物性與化性。
Polypyrrole is synthesized by electropolymerization .FTIR,XRD and DSC are used to characterize the materials.It is found that CSA will increase the electrocondu- ctivuty significantly.The reason is due to its specific crystalline structure. On the other hand , clay- nanocomposites are synthesized by living free radical polymerization .It′s potential application in compatibilized is elucidated.
