兩岸紡織產業近六年(2002-2007)消長趨勢之分析

本研究針對海峽兩岸紡織產業現況做分析，並瞭解目前兩岸產業環境變化、紡織品經營策略及貿易概況，提供進出口廠商從事國際貿易時，了解兩岸相關業者彼此間之SWOT，採取適當之作為因應高人力成本及自2005年起取消配額限制後所帶來的激烈競爭，加快調整產業結構、加強技術及產品之差異化、以達到紡織產業提升國際競爭力、掌握全球運籌，創造紡織產業永續發展的基礎。並以期望對未來欲投入大陸市場及目前正為紡織業努力的相關業者有所幫助，落實國際分工、研發創新、永續經營的目的。

This research makes the analysis in view of the textile situation between China and Taiwan. Taiwan has been an active player in the world economy and an important trader in the global textile market. The export of the the textile products has been the main source of foreign exchange earnings in Taiwan. However, the textile industry is a manpower-based industry. We have faced a difficult situation such as the low-cost competition of mainland China, and the cancellation of glopbal textile quota since 2005. China will emerge as one of the largest manufacturing center all over the world after its integration into the world economy and Taiwan will also become an upstream supplier for China’s massive textile productions. The economic depedence of Taiwan on China will further increase. For the greatly competition of mainland China, the purpose of this paper tried to help the import and export merchants engaging in the international trade of the related textile industry, find the SWOT of the textile industry of both sides and the competitive strategy of our textile industry. Therefore, we could adjust the direction of managing development, speed up the adjustment industrial structure, trengthens the technology and difference of the product, and raise the international competitiveness of our textile industry in global market to creates textile industry sustainable development foundation.
