主管所施展的影響戰術對於成員或是團隊的影響一直是過去研究與實務界欲探討的議題,本研究採用跨期以及員工配對的實地研究法,以主管向下影響戰術為自變數,正向團隊情感氛圍與團隊創新績效為中介變數,團隊績效為依變數,探究主管向下影響戰術是否會藉由正向團隊情感氛圍與團隊創新績效影響到團隊績效的產出,本研究針對台灣34家企業中共249份員工問卷與60位主管共計60個工作團隊進行問卷發放,本研究結果顯示正向團隊情感氛圍會中介了心靈迎合戰術與團隊績效的關係,其次,團隊創新支持會中介了諮詢戰術與團隊績效的關係以及樹立權威戰術與團隊績效的關係,故本研究建議主管可以施展心靈迎合戰術來提升團隊的正向情感氛圍,使用諮詢戰術可以有效的提升團隊的創新支持,進而提升整體團隊的績效。
Past research investigated the issue that leader’s influence tactics affect the individual and team. The present study included of influence tactics as independent variables, the group affective tone and innovation climate as mediating variables, and team performance as dependent variable. The purposes of this study are to explore the group affective tone and innovation climate as a mediating mechanism linking influence tactics and team performance. Data were collected from 249 members and 60 leaders in 34 organizations in Taiwan. Results showed that the group affective tone and innovation climate can mediate in the effect of influence tactics on team performance.
