行動工作者使用行動資訊裝置時資料同步化之探討

摘要

本文以使用者對行動科技的期許做為出發點，本研究探討行動科技的應用族群"行動工作者"的活動狀況，除強調行動工作者的工作型態不再如傳統的方式進行活動，更藉著研究他們運用行動資訊裝置所遇到資訊同步的問題，來指出裝置軟體介面設計時的所應具備硬體應用的配合方向。
本研究的文獻分析，首先定義行動工作的演進趨勢及了解行動工作者的生活形態，透過此部份了解有關於行動工作者實際工作需求及定義其問題點，選定以資料同步化之問題進行實驗，利用訪談法進行行為分析，包含對於資料同步化的認知與感受。配合焦點團體法的討論和活動理論的分析，了解行動工作者對於資料同步化認知上的差異，行動工作者對行動資訊裝置有六點的內心需求：對行動資訊裝置的需求性高、市面上行動資訊裝置的結合性很差、輸入方式效果不佳、沒有相同處理資料的模式、不了解何為資料同步化、對於資料同步化依賴公司的更新。資料同步化的活動需求有三點：資料能方便管理、資料即時性交流及備份、有效的處理及運用資料。在人機互動的議題上，有主要議題部份：客戶資料的備份、儲存、公司資料的交流變更、行動資訊裝置的移動性、公司資料的即時性及正確性；次要議題部份：編輯修改資料、網路連線、登入、電子認證、上傳下載、傳輸公司與個人間的資料。
期望能藉由此研究，真正的協助行動工作者對行動資訊裝置資料處理的認知，提升處理資料同步化的能力。

This account does the hope of the mobile technology for the starting point with the user. Utilize mobile technology come working worker’s telecommunication equipment device used. It is not the single application. They usually make up their personal work type attitude with one or several different products components. So probe into the application ethnicity of action science and technology in this research “Mobile Worker” activity state. Divided by emphasize that the action worker’s work type way not for another example traditional of attitude carries on the activity. Making use of and studying them and using the question that information moves ahead simultaneously that the information device of the action meet even more , when to point out the software interface design of the device should possess the cooperation direction in which the hardware use .
Define the gradual progress trend of the mobile work and life form of finding out about the mobile worker’s life style at first for this research. Understand through this part that clicks action worker’s real work demand and its question of definition, Select the data synchronization’s question of melting in step as a means of the material and carry on the experiment. Utilize the interview law to carry on the behavior to analysis, include the cognition and impression to the thing that the materials melted in step. Cooperate with the discussion of the law of focus group method and analysis of the activity theory, Cognitive difference that has that action worker melts to the materials in step that understand. Expect to be able to make use of studying, cognition that the real assistance action worker dealt with the information device materials of the action, raise and deal with the ability that the materials melt in step.
