蒸發式冷卻為一效率相當高的散熱機制,國內已有多種應用蒸發式冷凝器之相關冷凍空調設備,並已商業運轉。然而應用多年之後部分設備存在著缺水時性能大幅滑落甚至無法運轉的隱憂,此問題為推廣蒸發式冷卻設備的障礙之一。本研究以濕盤管之熱質傳分析為基礎建立蒸發式冷卻的熱傳機制,配合詳細的冷卻盤管計算分析流程,並加入壓縮機的性能回歸方程式,以及蒸發器、膨脹閥等構件的計算方程式,以EXCEL 2003 內建之VBA撰寫成為蒸發式冷卻系統之熱傳與性能分析程式,輔以現有之試做機組之實驗數據加以比對驗證,進行各種參數變化之研究;針對既有之5RT蒸發式冷卻空調試做機,分別進行冷凝面積縮小之分析、蒸發式冷卻系統缺水狀況之因應策略以及蒸發式冷卻空調系統之最佳運轉策略分析,希望藉由本研究之研究成果,突破以往蒸發式冷卻系統所遭遇之瓶頸,使蒸發式冷卻空調系統達到真正節約大量空調耗用能源之成效。
Evaporative Cooling is one of the high efficiency heat transfer technologies, which had been marketing and developed in many kind of refrigeration or air conditioning system. But after running several years, some of the evaporative cooling system has low performance problem in the situation without water spray. Therefore, this problem is one of the resistance to popularize the evaporative cooling system. This study based on the theory of combined heat and mass transfer of wet coil to developed the heat and mass driving potential for evaporative cooling condenser with detailed heat exchanger analysis process, as well as add the regression and experience function of compressor ,evaporator and expansion valve into the analysis process, developing the performance analysis program by VBA of the Microsoft EXCEL 2003, which verified the simulation results by the experiment data from available equipment. This study focus on a 5 RT evaporative cooling air conditioner, to research how much condensing area can we reduced, how can we handle the situation without water spray, and the optimal operation control manner for the evaporative cooling system. Expect that research result will help us to overcome those problems of the evaporative cooling conditioning system in the past, and reach the goal of truly economized.
