以射出成型製備鎳銅鋅鐵氧磁體研究

摘要


本研究以使用射出成型製程製作鎳銅鋅鐵氧磁體陶瓷。調整不同粉末含量(50%~53%),黏結劑(聚丙烯與石蠟)的含量(1.0%~2.38%)以及表面活性劑含量(3.0%~9.0%),以小型射出成型機以及大型射出成型機射出。小型射出成型機進行粉料成型性實驗,觀察粉料混練完成是否能順利進行射出成型製程,並進行溶劑脫脂、熱脫脂、燒結製程。大型射出射料進行新料射出成型、一次回收料以及二次回收料射出。觀察不同粉末含量以及不同黏結劑含量下材料之成型性。量測射出生坯的尺寸,結果顯示:無論小型射出射料或大型射出射料的都可以射出成型,小型射出生胚外觀較大型射出生胚差。生坯燒結後量測燒結品的密度與收縮率,結果顯示:陶瓷粉末含量提高可以提高燒結品的緻密度。而陶瓷粉末含量提高反而降低燒結品之收縮率。射料經過一次回收以及二次回收,粉料不經過重新混煉,直接將回收料粉碎後進入大型射出機射出,生胚燒結後量測燒結品的密度與收縮率,結果顯示:射料經過射出機台,不因為高溫使得黏結劑汽化,而燒結品的密度有所降低,收縮率因為回收的次數增加而稍有提高。
