換裝環保(碳氫)冷媒應用於雙溫冷凍系統之性能研究

摘要


本研究旨在藉由換裝環保碳氫冷媒HC-290與Minus50替代HFC-404A冷媒應用於商用雙溫冷凍冷藏電冰箱之效益分析,實驗中藉由不同的冷媒充填量與不同的負載進行一系列的討論與分析,並於雙溫冷凍系統中搭配感溫式膨脹閥與同心管過冷熱交換器於無載、150W固定負載及動態負載18公斤的水來比較其性能表現,並將其製冷效率、消耗功率、系統輸入功及性能係數結果來探討理論分析結果與實際測試數據之差異性;研究結果表示,在同一機組內,冷媒充填量相差4%,其平均消耗功率便相差約12.5%;碳氫冷媒HC-290與Minus50,其製冷速率不論是有載或是無載,皆優於HFC-404A,耗電量也分別較HFC-404A低約11%及28%左右;而HFC-404A之比容約莫為碳氫冷媒HC-290與Minus50的33%,故HFC-404A在三種冷媒中其壓縮機輸入功最小;經運用冰箱效能基準之能源因數值(Energy Factor)計算出本機組使用冷媒HFC-404A為3.52,HC-290為4.04,Minus50為4.76。

The purpose of this research is to analyze the benefits of replacing refrigerant HFC-404A with environmentally friendly refrigerants HC-290 and Minus50 for the commercial dual-temperature cooling and refrigerating refrigerator. In the experiment, a series of discussions and analysis are performed based on different refrigerant filling volumes and loads. In addition, the performances which are achieved from the experiments that the dual-temperature cooling system is configured with the thermostatic expansion valve and the over-cool and heat exchanger under the conditions of no loads, 150W and 18kg water, are compared. The cooling efficiency, consumption power, system input and coefficient of performance are used to discuss the difference between theoretic analysis results and actual experiment data. As shown in the research results, in the same unit, if the difference of filling volume of refrigerant is 4%, the difference of its average consumption power is about 12.5%. Either loaded or unloaded, the hydrocarbon refrigerants HC-290 and Minus50 are both superior to HFC-404A in cooling speed, and their power consumptions are about 11% and 28% lower than that of HFC-404A; however, the specific volume of HFC-404A is about 33% of that of HC-290 and Minus50. Thus the HFC-404A has the lowest compressor input power among three refrigerants. The energy factor of the refrigerator’s efficiency criterion is used to calculate the consumed refrigerants of the unit, which shows that HFC-404A is 3.52, HC-290 is 4.04 and Minus50 is 4.76.
