台灣電動機車產業發展與創新設計之探討與展望

摘要


在都會區短程運輸用途中,機車具有極佳之機動性及停車之便利性,是台灣都會通勤的主要交通工具,扮演著非常重要的角色,使國內具有相當高的機車使用保有量與市場規模。隨著全球石油價格高漲、國內環保意識抬頭、國內嚴苛之車輛法規要求及政府對於電動車輛的鼓勵發展,以台灣過去發展機車之經驗,具有整車自行研發的能力與成熟之產業技術,故國內切入電動機車之發展,應該非常適合,也較容易在高燃油費用時代,在節能與環保之趨勢下,電動機車將成為台灣電動車輛產業發展的重心之一。 本研究透過國內電動機車產業政府鼓勵推動發展之政策面與相關法規、市場規模與成車產業發展狀況、零組件技術發展與供應鏈結構狀況及國內電動機車成車廠商創新設計專利等相關資料蒐集,彙整研究分析出我國電動機車產業發展狀況與產品之創新,再運用SWOT分析來探討與展望我國電動機車產業,並提出如何使電動機車能夠普及產業未來發展之建議,進而使政府與廠商做為產品發展之參考。 從研究結果發現,目前國內電動機車發展上已經相當純熟,並具備完整的設計、製造、系統整合之能量,已量產販售之車輛產品,整體的技術功能已達初步短距離通勤需求。但目前主要的推動阻力在電池的價格、重量、充電時間、儲存電量等,因此造成電動機車之使用特性仍無法與燃油機車比擬,影響民眾使用之意願,故展望未來若能在電池技術上能有更大之精進與突破,相信我國的電動機車產業於未來,可繼燃油機車後,再創一番榮景。

In the short-range transport purposes in the metropolitan area, the motorcycle has excellent maneuverability and parking convenience. Motorcycle will commute the major mode of transport, plays a very important role, so that we Taiwanese have a very high motorcycle ownership and market scale. As global oil prices gradually rising, the domestic rise of environmental awareness, domestic stringent vehicle regulatory requirements and our government encourage to develop the electric vehicles, our Taiwan experience of the past development of the motorcycle, with our own excellent R & D ability and mature industrial technology, therefore we enter in the development of the electric motorcycle should be very suitable. In the era of high fuel costs and the trend of energy saving and environmental protection, electric motorcycle will be the focus of the development of the Taiwan electric vehicles industry. This study through the domestic electric motorcycle industry, the government encouraged to promote the development of the policy and the relevant laws and regulations, complete electric motorcycle industry development and market scale, parts technology development and supply chain structural condition, domestic electric motorcycle manufacturers innovative design patent collect and so on, compiled by analysis the development situation of the Taiwan electric motorcycle industry and product innovation. I also use SWOT analysis to discuss and prospect our Taiwan electric motorcycle industry and propose how to make the electric motorcycles to popularize and industry in the future development proposals. Further enable the government and manufacturers as the product development reference. The study found that the development of the domestic electric motorcycle has been quite skillful, and have a complete design, manufacturing, system integration capabilities. Most volume production models sold in the market, the overall function of the technology has reached a preliminary short distance commuter demand. But currently the main driving resistance is the price, weight of the battery, charging time, save electricity, and other characteristics. Therefore caused by the use of characteristics of the electric motorcycle still cannot be compared with the fuel motorcycle. Above reasons affect the willingness of people to use the electric motorcycle, so look to the future if battery technology has the greater progress and breakthrough and I believe that the Taiwan electric motorcycle industry in the future can continue after the fuel motorcycle industry and will be a new star industry.
