柴油引擎燃料噴射壓力對高熱值生質柴油混合燃料影響之研究

摘要


利用不同生質柴油的種類和製程而得到的油品特性均有所差異,其中生質柴油的密度和動力黏度高低均與柴油引擎的燃料噴射壓力有關外,燃料熱值的高低亦影響柴油引擎的性能、燃料消耗率和廢氣排放等,本研究使用高熱值的葵花油甲酯生質柴油混合燃料在不同的燃料噴射壓力下所探討的結果顯示,燃料噴射壓力較高時,燃料消耗率、煙度和HC的排放濃度均分別減低4.95%、17.44%和26.29%,但NOx排放濃度增加11.61%。相反的,當燃料噴射壓力較低時,則燃料消耗率、煙度和HC的排放濃度分別增加1.17%、8.82%和21.39%,而NOx排放濃度減低5.84%。

Each biodiesel characteristics that made from different bio-materials and processes are different, especially that fuel injection pressure for diesel engine is related to the biodiesel density and kinematic viscosity. And such characters effect engine performance, brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC) and exhaust gas emissions. Thus, high heat value of B20 sun flower oil methyl ester with different fuel injection pressure is operated in this study. The experimental results demonstrated whenever fuel injection pressure is higher than original design, the concentrations of smoke and HC emission are decreased to about 4.95%, 17.44% and26.29%, respectively. But the concentration of NOx emission is increased to about 11.61%. On the other hand, the fuel injection pressure is lower BSFC, the concentrations of smoke and HC emission are increased to about 1.17%, 8.82% and 21.39%, respectively, but the concentration of NOx emission is decreased to about 5.84%.
