BIM-based環景檢視系統建置與應用之研究

摘要


建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)為近年來營建產業之革命性的新興技術與解決方案,其應用物件導向的參數化建模、視覺化溝通及分析模擬等能力,適合用來作為營建工程專案之資訊整合平台。由於BIM技術在目前營建產業仍尚未達到高度普及之程度,對於現場工程師或專案參與者來說,要在現場看到BIM環景檢視並非容易,間接降低BIM在現場應用之效能。為了改善上述之問題,本研究提出BIM模型環景檢視模式,並開發BIM-based環景檢視系統(BIM-based Panorama Viewer System, BIMPano System),其可自動化擷取模型中的空間狀況而快速產出BIM模型環景圖,且迅速提供現場工程師或專案參與者使用,所產出的BIM模型環景圖可於網頁瀏覽平台中執行。研究測試結果顯示透過該方式能夠有效降低工程師使用環景檢視之門檻,本研究最終亦提出BIM-based環景檢視系統使用之效益、限制,以及可能會遭遇的困難。

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an emerging technology and solution that is revolutionizing the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry. BIM technology includes object-oriented parametric modeling techniques, and it enables the visualization of communicated ideas, analysis, and simulation. It is therefore a suitable information collaboration platform for construction projects. In constrction site, onsite engineers and project participants may not all be able to review BIM panorama effectively. Therefore, the application of BIM technology can be utilized for onsite engineers and project participants effectively at constrction site. To improve this problem, this study proposes a practical BIM panorama view approach and develops an automatic system called the “BIM-based Panorama Viewer System” (BIMPano system). The BIMPano system was developed using the Autodesk Navisworks API and the Microsoft Visual Basic.NET (VB.NET) programming language. The BIMPano system can allow onsite engineers and project participants to access any BIM model in a panoramic form through web browser. The BIMPano system is applied in a selected test to verify our proposed approach and demonstrate the effectiveness of interactive BIM panorama views. The test results demonstrate that BIMPano system allow onsite engineers and project participants to access interactive BIM panorama views effectively through web browser at constrction site. Finally, limitations, difficulties, suggestion are summarized for further application in practice.
