本研究針對ASHRAE 第14號準則(ASHRAE Guideline 14)中,有關評鑑冰水主機與熱泵系統的方法進行探討,該準則提出之方法可推演出精確預測與評估運轉中空調系統的迴歸方程式,以應用於節能工程改善前之基準線(Baseline)之建立,或改善後(post installation)空調系統之節能效益,本研究利用SQL Server資料庫系統處理節能工程中之龐大數據,透過BCB軟體開發迴歸計算平台,並透過網頁建置一套『績效量測驗證平台』,來達到遠端即時監控與改善後即時耗能量計算,進而達到即時監測與長期資料庫建立以及節能量之維護。
This research attempts to figure out a chiller and heat pump performance verification approach based on ASHRAE Guideline 14. The criterion brings up a derivative method to precisely predict and assess running HVAC system’s regressive equation in efficiency, and can be applied to set up Baseline for the energy-conserving project before improving or find out the efficiency of energy-conserving of HVAC system.This study utilizes SQL Server database system to cope with the mass of data in energy-conserving project and through Borland C++ Builder (BCB) to create platform of regression calculation. It is more efficient to control and improve the calculation of energy-conserving through building a platform of performance measurement and verification on the internet promptly and attain the goal for real-time monitoring and database establishing.
