摘要

本研究主要探討具有週期性或季節性的產品，在考慮變動需求與數量折扣情況下，尋找最佳存貨策略。首先，藉由過去的統計資料，利用時間序列與Least Absolute Value預測方法，來預測未來的產品需求量，再配合階段式數量折扣函數，建構一非線性存貨模式。
最後，透過實例說明本研究所提出方法確實能有效找出最佳存貨策略，使得存貨成本能有效降低。

This study considers an optimal inventory model for the items of cycle demand and with quantity discount considerations. First, the future demands are estimated by using time series analysis and least absolute value with the statistic data. Then we formulate an inventory model with step quantity discount functions according to the estimated demands. Examples are also presented to demonstrate the proposed model and the solution process of deriving the optimal inventory strategy to reduce inventory costs.
