下世代可攜式電子產品的創新方案探究

過去以來，可攜式商品之業者，大多把經營重心放在追求新的科技及流行趨勢上，如通信、PDA、DSC、GPS、MP3 Player、數位廣播、行動電視機等多媒體設備設計到可攜式商品上，就目前觀察，在整合過程中品質是經不起的考驗，或許在設計時須要預先考量各整合時所產生的整合品質，提出可行的創新解決方案將是重要的研究課題之一。本研究主要目的是利用系統性與結構化分析問題的方法，將可攜式商品在功能上做一創新設計，運用問卷訪談方式，找出顧客的需求（聲音）整理出產品的功能。並將All-in-one 產品的客戶需求功能展開。 All-in-one 產品帶來許多技術上的挑戰，運用TRIZ 進行產品的創新探索，作為研發參考從客戶需求功能，並運用細項技術指標與TRIZ 39項技術指標的對照，而Identify 出All-in-one 產品最需要優先改善的技術挑戰，及此一指標可能引發惡化的技術指標，製作技術矛盾表，找出創新原則，運用TRIZ 建議的創新原則進行腦力激盪，找出具體可行的創新方案，結合 TRIZ 創意解決方法，使可攜式產品在功能面的改善，能夠快速且更有效率的解決。最後針對可攜式產品 All-in-one整合功能，系統化的設計並兼具各方向考量的創新產品，運用TRIZ 建議的創新原則進行腦力激盪，找出具體可行的創新方案概念
