臺北市高中職學校校安中心成員對校安事件處理認知之研究

A Study on the Cognition of Campus Security Center′s staffs Toward Campus Security Events at Senior Hight and Vocational High Schools in Taipei

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市高中職學校校安中心成員對校安事件處理認知之研究,採用文獻分析與問卷調查為主要研究方法。以自編的「臺北市高中職學校校安中心成員對校安事件處理認知調查表」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。本研究問卷,採分層抽樣,針對臺北市高中職學校校安中心成員寄發出402份,回收有效樣本數381份,有效問卷回收率達97%。 本研究係以百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及費薛事後比較等統計方法進行資料分析,綜合歸納主要結論如下: 一、高中職學校校安中心成員對校安事件處理認知現況達良好認知程度,其中以對「兒童少年保護事件」認知較高,在「安全維護事件」及「其他事件」認知較低。 二、臺北市高中職學校校安中心女性成員,對於安全維護事件處理認知中高於男性成員。 三、臺北市高中職學校校安中心年齡在50歲以上成員,在安全維護事件、暴力事件與偏差行為、管教衝突及天然災害等四項事件處理認知上,高於其他年齡層成員。 四、臺北市高中職學校校安中心成員在不同學歷中,對於意外事件、安全維護事件、暴力事件與偏差行為及其他事件等四項事件處理認知上,有不同的差異情形。 五、臺北市私立高中職學校校安中心成員在意外事件、暴力事件與偏差行為及管教衝突等三項事件處理認知上,高於公立高中職學校校安中心成員。 六、臺北市高中職學校擔任校安中心的作業管制組成員,在意外事件與其他事件處理認知上,高於其他各組成員;另擔任指揮督導組、行政支援組、新聞發言組、心理輔導組及醫療救護組成員,在安全維護事件、暴力事件與偏差行為、管教衝突事件處理認知上,高於作業管制組成員。 根據前述的研究結論,對教育主管單位、高中職學校及校安中心、未來研究提出具體建議。

This research focuses on the study of Campus Security Affair Cognition for Faculties of Campus Security Center in Senior High Schools of Taipei District, this research adapts the literature analysis and the survey as the two analytical methods. The survey is designed by the author and the proper questions are included for the studied topic. Varity of survey interview are performed in 67 senior high schools of Taipei District, the subjects of survey include school principals, the chief staff of military training in schools, the teaching staffs and teachers. Total of four hundred and two (402) surveys are send out for the studied topic, and three hundred and eighty-one (381) surveys are completed and returned, the valid return ratio thus are 97% . The returned data of the survey utilized data average, percentage, variation analysis and Scheffe calculation for the result study. Following are six conclusions obtained from our surveys: 1.The Faculties of Campus Security Center in Senior High Schools of Taipei District has the highest cognition in the topics of “The protection of children and young adults in campus,” and has less cognition in topics of “ The event and procedures for campus security.” 2.The Female faculties in campus security center have higher cognition in security affair than the male faculties in campus security center. 3.There are obvious differences in the cognition in security affair for faculties over 50 years old in campus security center, faculties over 50 years old has better cognition in four specific security areas: The maintenance in campus security, the violent behaviors and misconducts on campus, the conflict between students and school authorities, and the campus security problems that caused by nature disaster. 4.With different educational degree and background, there are obvious differences in cognition in the following four topics: the accidents on campus, the protection on campus security, the violent incidents on campus, and the misconducts on campus. 5.In Taipei District, the faculties in campus security center of private senior high schools have better cognition in campus security than the faculties in campus security center of pubic senior high schools. 6.In Taipei District, the faculties in campus security center, that had been involved themselves in campus security procedure operation, had better cognition and experience on the accidents and other campus affairs. For the faculties of command and supervise, the administration and supportive, the news release, the guidance and assistance of mentality and the medical aid, the cognition are higher than the faculties of the operation control in the following four topics “the accidents on campus , the handling of violent behaviors and misconducts on campus and the handling of conflict affairs between students and school authorities. According to the research, the author is trying to provide educational authorities and senior high schools with solid advices.
