白光LED光源之光學特性分析與研究

摘要


照明對於人類文明的發展,扮演著舉足輕重的角色々隨著科技進步,新一代光源—發光二極體(light emitting diode, LED)問世。發光二極體之應用相當廣泛,本研究針對市場上白光LED照明產品之主要光學特性參數進行分析與研究,與產品說明書上公布之規格進行比較。此研究目的在於以色彩學理論為基礎,使用實驗室之設備建立量測架構,搭配軟體,將量測結果進行演算及分析探討。 本實驗使用之架構〆首先利用光柵分光,之後光訊號會由感應器接收輸入電腦,透過計算程式,可獲得在不同角位置之光譜強度分布圖。與色彩學理論結合,將量得的光源頻譜進行運算,能得到CIE XYZ及CIE UCS色彩空間上之色度座標,以及相關色溫、演色性等主要光學參數。並使用流明量測系統的積分球,測量出待測光源的總光通量。 本研究歸納出發光二極體之基本光學特性,建構量測系統,以物理理論及國際照明委員會之規範為依據進行分析,並可得到市售LED產品之主要光學參數,在現今對發光二極體之光譜建立、色溫量測及演色性等結果的課題上,提供一套有效率的研究方法。

Lighting for the development of human culture is of vital importance. With the improvement of technology, the new light source has published, which has lower energy consumption, long lifetime, and CO2 emission reduction, is light emitting diode (LED). This essay do the research for the white light LED product of its optical characteristics, and compare with product datasheet, finally there is the result discussion. The research based on the theory of colorimetric, and the measurement structure was established in the laboratory. The measurement results would be calculated and analyzed with the software MATLAB in the computer. Firstly, the light sensor in the experiment setup would input the received light signal into computer. The relative intensity distribution of different wavelength could be obtained by the program I just wrote. Then the chromaticity coordinate, the correlated color temperature (CCT), and the color-rendering-index (CRI) could be iii obtained by calculating the spectrum with the colorimetric theory. This research mainly used the MATLAB software to program the code, the colorimetric theory model would be reconstructed, and the function could also do the diagram plot and data analysis. So dealing with the experiment result, the chromaticity coordinate, the correlated color temperature (CCT), and the color-rendering-index (CRI) of testing white light LED samples could be obtained. There are widespread applications of LEDs, and this research attributed the basic optical characteristics of white light LED. The measure system could be established in a time-saving and low-cost way. The analysis methods were in accordance with the physical theory and the CIE standard, and the mainly optical parameters of white light LEDs would be obtained. It also provided an efficient research method for work up the spectrum, correlated color temperature (CCT), and the color-rendering-index (CRI) of the testing white light LED samples.
