螺旋式冰水主機容量控制之研究與應用

摘要


本研究針對目前在中大型中央空調冰水主機中,應用最廣的螺旋式冰水主機,進行容量控制之研究。當冰水主機加載或卸載時,冷媒循環圖會產生變化,如加載時會造成蒸發壓力下降、冷媒溫度下降,卸載時會造成蒸發壓力上升、冷媒溫度上升,而冷媒溫度下降或上升會直接影響冷凍能力的高低。 冰水主機容量控制,一般選用冰水出水溫度或冰水入水溫度作為控制標的,來進行容量控制加卸載。從控制方塊圖分析,採用出水溫度控制,其響應較快,較易控制。但就舒適性與節能效果分析,採用入水溫度控制,其舒適性較佳,節能效果較好。在空調應用領域中,本研究建議應克服控制困難處,多採用冰水入水溫控制。 目前螺旋式冰水主機的容量控制方式有三種,分別為有段容調、無段容調與變頻式容量控制方式。本研究就不同的容量控制方式進行實務分析,說明控制障礙,並提出改善對策。同時採用模糊控制技術,在不易建構中央空調控制模型之下,藉由專家系統的思考模式,同時考量到溫差與溫差變化率來進行模糊控制。最後以一實際案例,就模糊控制方式與傳統控制方式進行分析比較,在溫度的穩定度上獲得相當理想的成效。

The temperature of refrigerant will increase or decrease depends on the unloading or loading of chiller. Then, the temperature of refrigerant will affect the capacity of chiller. This thesis studies the capacity control of screw type chiller which is widely used in the field of central air conditioning. In general, the outlet or the inlet chilled water temperatures are adopted in the chiller capacity control. For the outlet temperature control, the control strategy is easily applied and the response is controlled to be fast based on the analysis of control block diagram. However, the inlet temperature control should be applied for the purpose of comfortable environment temperature and energy-saving issues. There are three kinds of capacity control strategies, including steps capacity control system, continuous (stepless) capacity control system and the inverter control system. Firstly, the advantages and drawbacks of above capacity control systems are analyzed in detail. Then, we describe the problems of steps capacity control and continuous capacity control to further propose the improved strategies. Furthermore, the fuzzy control technology is taking into account both the temperature difference and the rate of temperature change under the condition of unknown system modeling. Finally, the experimental results of a case reveal that the controlled temperature is more stable than tradition continuous capacity control in setting temperature.
