壓縮空氣提供人類方便的生活環境,提供各種產業生產所需動力,舉凡保養維修工廠、精緻洗車業都會用到空壓機。但在使用上,壓縮空氣占營運成本約有30%∼45%的費用,是昂貴的生產工具,因此如何提高空壓機機器效率,實為本研究重要課題。 本研究旨要以實作方式研製一具可變半徑基圓漸開線渦卷葉片之渦卷式空壓機實體,並置於當今市面上相同大小之漸開線型渦卷式空壓機之機體上(即取代其漸開線型渦卷葉片),以實驗方式探討具可變半徑基圓漸開線渦卷式空壓機實際運作之可行性。並探討不排氣溫度壓力的工況條件對可變半徑基圓漸開線渦卷空壓機性能的影響,另與圓形漸開線渦卷式空壓機進行性能比較分析,以為未來產品商業化的參考。 實驗結果發現,在相同環境條件測試(進氣壓力=1.02 bar、溫度=308 K±1及排氣溫度=341K±1)下:(1) 可變半徑基圓漸開線渦卷式壓縮室在k = 0.85、a0 = 4.4與δ0 = 0.065時排氣量較圓形漸開線渦卷增大3.8%容積率,(2) 在相等排氣壓力(8 bar)下,可變半徑基圓漸開線渦卷式空壓機比原型機平均約提升4.0% 能源效能(Qa/HP)比值。
Compressed air not only supplies a convenient living environment, but also offers a variety of industries power need for the production. Consequently, the air compressor can be found in a wide range of application including the maintenance facility, fine car wash industry etc. However, because the expenditure occupies about 30% to 45% costs in the production operation, compressed air becomes expensive production tool. Therefore, how to promote the machine efficiency of compressor is indeed an important issue in this study. The purpose of this study is to develop a scroll air compressor with involute of variable-radii circle by implementation. Placing on a same-size traditional scroll air compressor (i.e., replacing the original involute scroll), the operating feasibility of this kind of scroll air compressor is investigated experimentally. In addition, the effects of various working conditions -- different exhaust temperature and pressure on the exhaust volume of scroll air compressor with involute of variable-radii circle are also analyzed. At last, a comparison of efficient performance between the variable-radii and constant-radius circle involute scroll air compressor is executed as the reference for merchandise in the future. Experimental results show that (1) under same environmental conditions (intake pressure=1.02 bar and intake temperature=308±1 K, exhaust temperature =341±1 K), the variable-radii circle-involute scroll air compressor with k = 0.85、a0 = 4.4與δ0 = 0.065 increase 3.8 % volumetric rate than that with circle involute; (2)under the same exhaust pressure(8bar), scroll air compressor with involute of variable-radii circle promotes 4.0% energy efficiecy ratio (Qa/hp) than that with circle involute.
