以灰關聯分析應用於市電併聯型太陽光電系統的整體性能評估

摘要


傳統採用性能比分析法已被廣泛應用於太陽光電系統的性能評估,惟仍有許多影響市電併聯型太陽光電系統整體性能的因素未被考慮,故本研究以整體資源利用之不同觀點並配合光電系統監測運轉數據,提出影響光電系統整體性能因素,包括系統發電量、太陽能資源、土地使用資源和投資成本等,並以單位年成本的發電量、單位土地面積的發電量和單位日照能的發電量等3項作為評比因子,採用多屬性決策之灰關聯分析法應用於各光電系統間的性能分析,同步考慮不同性質的評比因子並列出優劣順序以評比光電系統的整體性能,並篩選出台灣地區北中南和離島共7處太陽光電系統為案例研究,分別以性能比和理想點法進行比較分析,其研究結果說明前述三種方法針對太陽光電系統的整體性能評比排序雖有差異,但最優和最劣之排序趨勢大致是一致,顯示所提出灰關聯法對太陽光電系統的整體性能評比是相當理想的評估方法。此外,性能比僅以發電系統工程設計觀點考慮發電量與日照量之影響因子,而本論文所提出灰關聯分析法是同時考慮多面向,可以提供光電廠商、系統投資者和系統規劃人員有效地篩選出具有產生較多的電能、需要較少的設置面積和較低的投資成本之太陽光電系統,俾做為未來設置太陽光電系統的參考依據。

The conventional use of statistical analysis has been extensively employed for evaluating the performance of PV systems. However, there are a lot of factors affecting the overall performance of a grid-connected PV system. The performance attributes include the ratio of energy output to annual installed cost, the ratio of energy output to total land area and the ratio of energy output to total irradiation taken into consideration simultaneously. Since overall performance has multiple attribute characteristics, grey relational analysis is proposed to be used for evaluating the PV systems. Seven grid-connected PV systems in Taiwan were selected as the case study. The result illustrates that the proposed method in this study is effective to rank the overall performance of PV systems.
