本實驗旨在研究一個採用風力能發電去傳動小型吸收式冷凍系統能源之可行性,風力能是最乾淨的一種新能源,它取之不盡用之不絕,風力能發電系統經過多年不斷的研發、測試、應用,初期其發電效率很低大約僅有20%以下,目前已提昇到40%以上,運用在偏遠、沙漠地區長途運輸食物或醫療疫苗時之低溫冷藏設備,以卡車運載方式,並將蓄電池充電充滿以作為備用供電,本實驗系統,將實驗測試結果,它能維持冰箱冷藏溫度在5℃∼8℃之間,且NH3-H2O吸收式冷凍系統其COP值約0.28。故本系統可以預期使用在偏遠地區或戶外活動時,作為食品、飲料之冷藏用,即偏遠、沙漠地區或公路長途運輸食物或醫療疫苗時之低溫冷藏,以避免食物或疫苗之變質。
