探討金屬法鑽石磨輪磨削玻璃邊緣之性能分析,實驗中鑽石磨輪在變更鐵粉以及石墨粉比例的狀況下,先後進行了機械性質的檢測;搭配二種轉速(3000rpm、1500rpm)以及二種進給速度(20m/min、10m/min)的實驗條件進行玻璃磨削測試,藉由表面粗糙度的檢測結果顯示其磨削狀況的優劣,同時觀察玻璃進行磨削後的表面形態。 結果顯示,金屬法鑽石磨輪在變更鐵粉比例所呈現出磨削結果的影響較大,相對之下變更石墨粉比例所做出的鑽石磨輪對於磨削結果的變化就比較小。變更鐵粉比例中,鐵粉比例35%的實驗結果較佳;變更石墨粉比例中,石墨粉比例10%所得到的結果較好。實驗結果,顯示磨削參數在進給速度的變化對磨削結果的影響大於磨輪轉速。
