本研究首先針對市面上調整椅之相關專利公報加以收集整理分類與分析,發現目前絕大多數的調整椅功能僅止於座墊的垂直升降,缺少其它的調節功能,其缺點不是調整的手續過於複雜,就是機構所佔的空間過大,如此都會造成使用者的不方便。因此為了讓新型可調整式辦公椅使用起來更加舒適與便利,本研究經過分析之後,將重新定義新型可調整式辦公椅之設計條件。爾後,再針對新型可調整式辦公椅進行創新研發,利用Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0完成3D模型建立,接著透過Ansys 11.0之模擬軟體進行應力、應變及位移之分析,以確定所設計辦公椅之強度。其主要研究方向是希望能研發出具有多功能調整特性之辦公椅,其中各調整功能皆為單一自由度,並以四連桿組為扶手、椅背及座墊之作動機構,讓使用者能達到最舒適的狀態,進而研發出具有單一操作、乘坐舒適及節省空間之優點,且適用於各種年齡層使用為目標。
The research focuses on a new adjustable chair. By collecting related patents classified and analysis them, it is discovered that office chairs at present has lack of a lot of adjustable functions. Those office chairs are either too complicates to adjust or the occupation of mechanism is large. In order to make the adjustable office chair more comfortable and more convenient, it will be redesign and developed a new-type adjustable office chair by using Pro/Engineer Wildfire 3.0 to build the model. It mainly composed of four-bar when making an action, which the handrail and back mechanism will make adjustment at the same time. Making it develops the adjustable office chair meets different users.
