奈米複合材料之研究

摘要


本研究首創,先利用膨潤劑SINOTEX RF-751,將親水性無機黏土改質成親油性有機黏土,再以電磁攪拌使之混合均勻,再與HBP進行混合,最後再加入不同的高分子裡,使其形成納米複合材料。透過X-ray測試,觀察插層及剝離現象同時研究其機械性質。結果顯示,不同比例下的納米複合材料,其熱性質與物理機械性質隨著clay含量增加而增加。 蒙特土以酸性處理劑處理,研究在酸性及鹼性有機溶劑下不同的擴散效應,帶有R-OH 或RCOOH 是屬於路易士酸(具有缺電子),會與路易士鹼(具有未共用電子)產生作用力,此作用力會破壞凡得瓦力而使得溶劑較易滲透,藉此可作處理劑的選擇標準。 另針對於改質劑的研究,針對蒙脫土內的改質劑之烷基長鏈,利用其反應特性和HEMA單體中含有OH基之反應,使用自由基不終止反應的聚合,使蒙托土的矽酸鹽層之層間距離可以更進一部的擴大,布望得到高蒙脫土含量的高分子,而且剝離的納米複合材料。

HBP/clay nanocomposite has been synthesized by polymer and organoclay.SINOTEX RF751 was used as swelling agent for Na+montmorillonite and formed organoclay through ion exchange. The X-ray diffraction(XRD) is measured and analyzed to elucidate if the nanocomposite is exfoliated.Thermal dynamic mechanical properties and tensile behaviour are investigated by Instron techniques. On the other hand,living free readical polymerization is employed to synthesize the exfoliated nanocomposite.It is expected that high clay contents of nanocomposite will be obtained.
