電池容量有效使用率之研究

Study of Effective Utilization for the Battery Capacity

摘要


電池的容量事實上可分為理論容量與實際容量,理論容量是指電池內的電解質完全作用後所能產生的能量,也就是電池兩端的電位差降為零的狀態;實際容量是指電池所能輸出的可用電量,然而實際容量往往遠小於理論容量。 為了能夠掌握電池的實際容量,最常見的電量偵測方法是以電壓的輸出來判斷電池的可用電量,但是由於每種電池特性不同,加上電池受記憶效應、老化現象等因素影響,使得電池實際的可用電量往往無法有效地被掌握,而本研究提出一項直流充電及放電之雙向電能計量方法,利用可程式控制器(Programmable Logic Controller)的軟硬體當作模擬測試平台,透過三種不同種類的電池作為實驗,藉由實驗去驗證不同種類的電池其所充的電量與所能放出的電量之間差異性,並從中推算各類電池有效容量使用率,以提供電池業者用於規劃或是車電業者設計電池管理系統之參考,作為評估電池的可用電量之修正與補償用,讓使用者能更瞭解電池的實際電量狀態。

Battery capacity may be divided into theoretical capacity and actual capacity, theoretical capacity is the battery's electrolyte full effect after that can produce energy, that is, the battery ends of the potential difference decreased to zero of the state; actual capacity is the battery can the available output power, but the actual capacity is often far less than the theoretical capacity. To be able to grasp the battery's actual capacity, the most common detection method is based on electricity output voltage to determine the battery power available, but due to the different characteristics of each battery, with battery by the memory effect, aging and other factors, making the battery actual available capacity is often not effectively be mastered, and this study proposes a two-way DC charge and discharge of the energy measurement method, to the programmable controller hardware and software as a simulation test platform, through three different types of batteries as an experiment, to verify by experiment the different types of batteries it can charge the battery and the differences between the release of electricity, and from the projected effective capacity utilization of various types of batteries to provide battery industry for planning or is the electric car battery management system design industry reference for evaluating the available battery power of the correction and compensation, and let users know more about the actual battery charge status.
