本論文利用電火花放電法在無添加其他有毒化學物質下,於介電液中製備出奈米銀流體,並以麵團實驗來測試其不同濃度之殺菌效果。研究結果發現在加入總濃度100 ppm奈米銀的效果不佳,在加入總濃度60 ppm硝酸銀有明顯的效果,顯示其原因奈米銀解離率太差而導致效果不佳。利用電導導出銀離子並與碘結合為碘化銀,經霉菌抑菌實驗後得出碘化銀在六天後才生長出霉菌,抑菌效果優於單純的優碘。最後將銀的殺菌效能結合電紡,將高濃度的硝酸銀溶入10%的聚乙烯醇中,使紡出的電紡紗中混有奈米銀顆粒,並以U-V光譜機來驗證。電紡紗中的奈米銀會緩慢釋放銀離子,具有長效殺菌的功能。
