本研究係針對含有30%玻璃纖維(Glass fiber, GF)的PBT塑膠,探討在不同的溴化物(Bromide)含量之機械性質。以射出成型工法及在相同的成型參數下,進行拉伸與衝擊試片之製作。使用X-Ray 螢光分析儀(X-Ray fluorescence spectrometer, XRF)來分析試片中的溴化物含量;並以拉伸試驗機進行抗拉強度試驗,用衝擊試驗機進行衝擊強度的測試。最後將拉伸及衝擊試片的斷面,以掃瞄式電子顯微鏡(SEM)進行觀察,比較斷面差異。 結果顯示溴化物含量會顯著的影響到衝擊強度,溴化物含量越多,其衝擊強度越大。然而溴化物含量對於抗拉強度並沒有明顯的相關性,而單點進膠方式的抗拉及衝擊強度皆高於兩點進膠,因為兩點進膠會形成熔接線,而在熔接線的位置會造成試片的機械強度變差。
This paper aims to study the mechanical properties of PBT plastic which contains 30% of glass fiber (GF) and the different content of bromide. Injection molding method was used to prepare the tensile and impact specimens under same molding parameters. The content of bromide was tested and analyzed by using X-Ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF). Tensile testing and impact testing machine were used to test the tensile and impact strength. Finally, scanning electronic microscopic (SEM) was used to observe the cross section of tensile and impact specimens. The Results show that the bromide content greatly affects the impact strength. The more the content of bromide, the higher the impact strength obtained. However, the bromide in the specimen is unobvious to affect its tensile strength. The tensile strength of type of one-gate is higher that of two-gate type. Two-gate of type will form the welding lines in the specimen. The welding lines reduce the mechanical strength.
