氧化鈷/鈷赤血鹽與銅/鈷/鎳赤血鹽複合薄膜製備、特性及其對聯氨、羥胺的電催化性質之研究

摘要


本研究主要分為兩部分來討論,第一部分為利用循環伏特安培法在不同pH和不同離子的緩衝溶液下,直接混合Co2+ 與Fe(CN)63- 製備得氧化鈷與鈷赤血鹽 (CoHCF)的複合薄膜。電化學石英晶體微天平(EQCM)和循環伏特安培法,被用來研究氧化鈷與鈷赤血鹽(CoHCF)複合薄膜的即時生長和紀錄其電化學性質。氧化鈷與鈷赤血鹽(CoHCF)複合薄膜在含鈉陽離子的溶液中,呈現出兩個的氧化還原對。我們用氧化鈷與鈷赤血鹽(CoHCF)複合薄膜薄膜去進行對NADH、 N2H2與NH2OH的電催化氧化反應,以進行其電催化性質的研究。 第二部分是鈷赤血鹽(CoHCF)、鎳赤血鹽(NiHCF)和銅赤血鹽(CuHCF)複合薄膜研究,我們利用循環伏特安培法,在含Co2+,Cu2+ ,Ni2+, 與Fe(CN)63- 的緩衝溶液下,直接製備得銅/鈷赤血鹽(CuCoHCF)與銅/鎳赤血鹽(CuNiHCF)複合薄膜。以循環伏特安培法研究其電催化性質。電化學石英晶體微天平(EQCM) 、循環伏特安培儀(CV)和掃瞄式電子顯微鏡(SEM)等儀器,則被用來研究銅/鈷赤血鹽 (CuCoHCF)與銅/鎳赤血鹽(CuNiHCF)複合薄膜的生長機構、紀錄其電化學性質和描述其表面形態。銅/鈷赤血鹽(CuCoHCF)與銅/鎳赤血鹽(CuNiHCF)複合薄膜在緩衝溶液中,擁有兩對的氧化還原對。我們用銅/鈷赤血鹽(CuCoHCF) 與銅/鎳赤血鹽(CuNiHCF)複合薄膜去進行對N2H4與NH2OH的電催化氧化反應,以研究其電催化性質。

Polynuclear mixed-valent films of cobalt oxide and cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) have been prepared using repetitive cyclic voltammetry. The cyclic voltammograms recorded the deposition of the mixed cobalt oxide and cobalt hexacyanoferrate films directly from the mixing of Co2+ and Fe(CN)63– ions from the acidic aqueous solutions containing various anions in different pH. The effect of cations also on deposition process and on films' electrocatalytic properties have been investigated using cyclic voltammetric method. The electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance and cyclic voltammetry were used to study the growth mechanism of the mixed of cobalt oxide and cobalt hexacyanoferrate hybrid films. The mixed cobalt oxide and cobalt hexacyanoferrate hybrid films exhibited two redox couples in aqueous solution containing sodium cations. Electrocatalytic oxidations of NADH were carried out by the cobalt hexacyanoferrate films and the electrocatalytic oxidations of N2H4 and NH2OH were also carried out at the cobalt oxide and cobalt hexacyanoferrate hybrid films. Polynuclear mixed-valent films of copper hexacyanoferrate (CuHCF)、 nickel hexacyanoferrate(NiHCF) and cobalt hexacyanoferrate (CoHCF) have been prepared using repetitive cyclic voltammetry. The cyclic voltammograms recorded the deposition of the mixed copper hexacyanoferrate and cobalt hexacyanoferrate、copper hexacyanoferrate and nickel hexacyanoferrate films directly from the mixing of Co2+, Ni2+,Cu2+ and Fe(CN)63– ions from the aqueous solutions containing. The films' electrocatalytic properties have been investigated using cyclic voltammetric method. The electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance(EQCM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and cyclic voltammetry(CV) were used to study the growth mechanism of the mixed of cobalt oxide and cobalt hexacyanoferrate hybrid films. The mixed copper hexacyanoferrate and cobalt hexacyanoferrate 、copper hexacyanoferrate and nickel hexacyanoferrate hybrid films exhibited two redox couples in aqueous solution. Electrocatalytic oxidations of NH2OH, N2H4 were carried out by the copper hexacyanoferrate and cobalt hexacyanoferrate hybrid films.
