本研究利用 Purolite S930 plus 螯合樹脂(H-form)作為固體吸附劑,來吸附交換水溶液中的稀散金屬銦(III)離子。藉由改變金屬濃度、初始pH值、樹脂克數、反應溫度等條件變化,探討靜態吸附平衡之關係。 實驗結果顯示:Purolite S930 plus樹脂對銦金屬離子的吸附平衡時間大約為600分鐘後,銦(III)離子的飽和吸附量為65.45mg/g;相同濃度下,隨著初始pH值下降,平衡交換容量會跟著降低,而隨著反應溫度的上升,平衡交換容量隨之增加,另外樹脂克數的增加,平衡交換容量反而是下降的。 相同溫度下,Purolite S930 plus樹脂對銦金屬離子吸附行為遵守Langmuir等溫吸附模式。熱力學參數△H=7.385 kJ/mol,表示吸附過程為吸熱反應,升高溫度有助於吸附的發生(平衡交換容量隨著溫度上升而增加)。在25℃下,△S=31.58 J/K
In this paper, the iminodiacetic acid chelating resin (IDAAR,H-form), Purolite S930 plus, was used as the solid absorbent to adsorb and exchange the rare scattered metal indium(III) ions in the aqueous solution. To probe into the characteristic of the static adsorption process, we examined the effects of changing metal concentration, initial pH value, the resin grams and the operating temperature. The results of experiments show that: at equilibrium, the statically adsorption time of IDAAR is longer than 600 minutes. The saturated adsorption capacity for indium(III) ions is 65.45mg/g; At the same concentration, the equilibrium adsorption capacities were decreased as initial pH vaule reduced. As for the operating temperature, the capacities increased with temperature. On the contrary, the capacities decreased with the increase grams of IDAAR. At the same temperature condition, the adsorption behavior of IDAAR for indium(III) ions obey the Langmuir isotherm. The adsorption thermodynamic parameters of IDAAR for indium(III) ions are: At 298K, enthalpy change △H=7.385 kJ/mol, Gibbs free energy change △G=-2.025kJ/mol, entropy change △S=31.58 J/K
