基於標準足模進行客製化足型與鞋楦建模技術

摘要


近年來歐美與日本掀起了健康與量身訂製鞋的市場新觀念。而目前工具軟體,對於3D鞋楦模型操作,以及製鞋產業客製化的使用需求漸增。雖有泛用型建模軟體CAD可使用,但國內廠商尚未獨自研發只專門針對鞋楦做數位化的建模方式,也無針對足部模型去做一個有效率的調整編修模式。本論文開發互動式調整的足型建模軟體,去即時得知足部模型的調整完後的樣式,選用標準腳模型,利用形變原理對標準腳模型操作,達成客製化的腳模型。未來即可進一步依據客製化的腳模型和既有的鞋楦模型分析比對,製作數位客製化的鞋楦,而非只把鞋楦模型套上腳的外型來製作。本研究使用OpenGL程式庫製作軟體,利於維護和程式碼移植,而論文先運用旋轉縮放平移,提高程式的可用性和可操作性,再來,利用模型變形( Modeling Deformation ) 的概念,進一步調整模型。本研究所開發的軟體提供了簡易上手的足部模型客製化操作。

In recent years, Europe, USA and Japan launched a new health concept of tailored shoe market. The current software requirements are on the increase for 3D shoe last modeling and industry demand. Although universal modeling software CAD can be used, the domestic manufacturers have not yet developed its own shoe last made specifically for digitization modeling manner, nor had an efficient adjustment editing mode depend on foot model. This paper introduces an interactive adjustment modeling software for 3D foot model, and can know model appearance immediately after the adjustment of foot model. Using the principle of deformation operation, we use standard foot model to reached customized foot models, and in the future they can be customized according to the model and shoe last by modeling analysis, making digital customized shoe last, not just put shoe last model over the foot model to product shoe last. In this study, we use OpenGL libraries authoring software, which will help maintain and code porting. First this software use rotating, scaling and translating to increase the availability and operability of the program. Next, we use the model deformation concept to further adjust the model. This paper provides a simple-to-use software model customization foot operation.
