壓入機之結構強度分析與改善

摘要


本研究針對壓入機進行靜動態模擬分析,以確保機台結構的可使用性以及是否滿足設計和工作要求,以有限元素分析法ANSYS(FEM)進行模擬機台的實際情況-開模與合模兩種狀態,並進一步改善機台結構以提高結構強度及提升工作效能,本研究也利用ANSYS(FEM)對提出的四種解決改善方案進行靜動態模擬分析比較,選出可使機台有最佳結構的改善方案,提高壓入機的結構強度。模擬結果能證明機台結構改善方案的可行性與可實現精確定位的加工需求,並使機台在安全範圍下操作,期能夠對提高結構的穩定性有所助益。

This study carried out the static modal analysis of a pressing machine in order to ensure the safety of the structure of the pressing machine.This study also explored main components in the pressing machine whether their design was satisfied for the needs in practical work,there by improving the structural strength and working performance of the pressing machine.The finite element method(FEM) with ANSYS software was used to analyze two states,open mold and closed mold in the pressing machine.To further enhance the structural strength of the pressing machine,this study also used the FEM with ANSYS software to perform the dynamic modal analysis of the pressing machine.This study proposed four improvement solutions to enhance the structural strength of the pressing machine and satisfy the requirements of main components of the pressing machine in practical work.Simulation results demonstrated that the structural improvement of the pressing machine can guarantee the machine’s operation safety and the appropriate design of main components in the pressing machine can achieve the goals of precise positioning.
