以模糊分析層級程序法探討製造業導入RFID之關鍵因素

摘要


RFID(Radio Frequency Identification),亦即無線射頻辨識系統在近年來成為廣為討論的熱門話題,在2004及2005年被國際知名市場趨勢評論機構IDC列為「年度十大趨勢科技」之一。而台灣身為全世界的IT重鎮,電子製造業的普及造就了今日經濟的繁榮,RFID這項科技的發展及運用勢必將為製造業帶來另外一波新革命。 本研究鎖定的運用領域為製造業,剖析影響製造業導入RFID技術各關鍵因素間之相對重要性。就下列兩種不同方向探討:一為從科技發展角度切入,以「RFID相關產品及服務業者」為專家問卷對象。另一方面從製造業本身角度切入,並以「製造業管理者」為專家問卷對象。 為消弭問卷調查語意模糊性及資訊的不確定性,研究中數據分析採用模糊分析層級程序法(Fuzzy AHP),研究發現簡述如下列兩點: 首先從科技發展角度探討,分為4個主要構面及21個關鍵因素,其中RFID專家認為最重要的前五名之因素分別為標籤成本的考量、既有系統相容性、標籤選用、標籤與讀取器相容性以及資料安全性。 另外從製造業角度探討,分為4個主要構面及24個關鍵因素,其中最受製造業者重視的關鍵因素排名前五名分別為提升產能及設備稼動率、標籤單價合理性、系統整合人力、與現有系統相容性及配合有經驗的系統整合商。 此研究之結論可以作為RFID相關業者規劃產品或服務的依據及推廣方向,或是提供給欲評估導入RFID的製造業管理者作為輔助決策之參考。

In recent years the RFID becomes more and more popular topic worldwide. In 2004-2005 well-known market research institute - IDC listed the RFID as one of top ten technology of the year. Taiwan, which is primary export country of IT products in the world, should make use of the RFID technology to leverage her advantages in manufacturing in this industry revolution. The target application of this is manufacturing industry. This thesis analyzes the relative importance among different key factors when manufacturing industry adopts the RFID technology. Two aspects are involved. One is from the aspect of technology development to survey those experts from RFID related product and service providers. The other is from the aspect of the manufacturing industry itself to survey those experts from managers of manufacturing industry. In order to reduce fuzzy of meaning and uncertainty of information in the survey, this thesis adopts Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the data and concludes as below 2 points. First conclusion is from the aspect of technology development. This aspect involves 4 primary dimension and 21 key factors. Among those factors the RFID experts rank the top five key factors. They are Tag cost, Compatibility with current system, Tag selection, Compatibility between tag /reader and Information Security. Second finding is from the aspect of manufacturing industry. This aspect involves 4 primary dimension and 24 key factors. Among those factors those experts from manufacturing industry rank top five key factors. They are Improvement of capacity and equipment utility rate, Reasonable tag price, Human resource for system integration, Compatibility with current system and Cooperation with experienced system integrator. Finally, the conclusion from this thesis will be guidelines when the RFID related vendors plan their products or services or reference of decision making when those managers of manufacturing industry plan to adopt RFID technology.
