鋼筋錨碇器行為之研究

摘要


土木建築工程在建造期間,鋼筋是構成結構體的主要骨架。現場施工過程中,構架接頭,例如樑柱接頭或柱頂收尾處,常因構件斷面空間狹窄,箍筋或主筋間距較密,致使鋼筋之錨定彎鉤配置時困難、費時。因此,錨錠接頭之採用,提升了現場鋼筋組立的工率。 本文以實際運用在國內公共工程上的產品(BPI TERMINATION)進行混凝土拉拔試驗,基於相關之變數,例如箍筋的設置、錨錠接頭號數、錨錠接頭埋入深度、承壓面積的大小及混凝土抗壓強度等影響因素。探討錨錠接頭之力學行為及破壞模式,提供往後研究錨錠接頭型式改良之方向。

In term of construction process of civil/architectural engineering, reinforcement rebar is the essential component of structure framing. During the construction period, the connection of the structural frame, such as beam-column connection and the end part of top column are always occupied by numerous stirrups or main rebars which increasing the difficulty of rebar arrangement. Therefore rebar anchor connector is adopted to widely improve the efficiency of reinforced rebar arrangement. This paper is undertaken the actual product (BPI TERMINATION) of public construction in Taiwan by carry out the concrete pull-out bond test.Based on the relevant variations such as the arrangement of stirrup, embedment depth and size of anchor connector, bearing area capacity, concrete compressive strength and other effective factors. In order to deeply research the strength of material behavior and failure model of anchor connector, as a results to provide the wisely direction for better improvement of anchor connector.
