人體姿態與足底壓力量測系統軟體技術開發與資料可視化研究

摘要


足鞋驗配是專門為顧客量身訂做的配鞋過程,本文開發一套量測系統診斷顧客的人體姿態數據及足壓數據,量測系統主要分為兩個類別,其一為量測人體姿態之病症,如高低肩、長短腳、脊椎側彎、骨盆傾斜等,其二為量測足壓測量,測量症狀為高弓足、扁平足、內翻足、外翻足、行進線等,由於人腦對圖形識別度高於數據,將量測數據以圖表化,利用概念圖表示顧客與症狀之關係,協助足鞋驗配師在評估症狀與為顧客解說,使用雷達圖表示足壓六區面積分布百分比與足壓症狀之關係,使系統自動判別症狀,量測症狀可視化用意在於快速了解顧客身體狀況來選配適合且具療效的客製化鞋。

Pedorthic Dispensing is designed for customers with tailor-made shoes process. This paper develops a measuring system to measure customer's posture and plantar pressure. It consists of two modules: posture system and foot pressure system. Posture system measures symptoms of leg length discrepancy, scoliosis and pelvis tilt. Plantar pressure system measures symptoms of supinated foot, pronated foot, compensated foot, flat foot, hallux valgus, adducted foot, high arch foot, and pressure center-of-gravity location. Because human brain is efficient in performing pattern recognition, the proposed system in this paper transfers measured data into graphs. A concept Map shows the relationship between the customer and symptoms. It is useful to assess symptoms and to explain to customers. A radar chart shows the relationship between the percentage of six portions of foot pressure distribution and foot symptoms. Our system automatically determines the foot symptoms. Visualization of measured data allows customer to better choose suitable shoes corresponding to his/her foot symptom.
