本研究係針對四片式病床護欄之機構分析與設計,經廣泛收集各國專利公報及市售之病床型錄後,顯示目前市面上所使用中的四片式病床護欄,大多是以兩個自由度的收摺方式為主。然而對於護欄的使用者而言,操作過程略顯麻煩,而其他類型的收摺方式雖然只有一個自由度,卻無法同時滿足收摺過程所需空間小與收摺後護欄須位於床框下方等條件。因此,本設計主要目的在於方便醫謢人員及家屬操作護欄,藉由收摺方式的改良,減少操作的複雜度同時兼顧護欄作動時所需空間小及收摺後護欄須位於床框下方等條件,並依照美國食品與藥物管理局(FDA)之安全規範,以確保四片式病床護欄在使用與升降作動過程時的安全性。故本研究所設計之四片式病床護欄是單一自由度收摺、收摺所需空間小、操作簡便(一個自由度)、收摺後不占空間等優點,是理想的四片式病床護欄。 本研究利用機構合成之方法,經過設計需求的設立,找出適合新設計之五連桿六接頭零自由度之特殊幾何構型骨架,藉由Pro/Engineer Wildfire2.0進行護欄細部設計、尺寸合成與3D建模,將新概念實體化,再利用ANSYS 11.0進行應力分析,最後進行實體模型之製作,使四片式病床護欄之創新設計概念得到驗證。
This research is to analysis and to design the organization of the four-piece sick- bed guardrails. After collecting the patents and the market products, they reveal that the folding type of four-piece sick-bed guardrails is usually takes the way of two degree of freedoms. It is not easy for user manipulate. The folding type of one degree of freedom is unable to satisfy both the little sport space and the guardrail folding location which is inside and lower than the bed frame. Thus, the main purpose of design the sick bed guardrail is to help people manipulating easily. By the way of improving the folding type, reducing the complexity of manipulate in order to satisfy the little sport space and the guardrail folding location which is inside and lower than the bed frame, at the same time. Following the safe standard of “FDA” of U.S.A. It is to ensure that the four-piece sick bed guardrail is safe while in use. The point is that a four-piece sick-bed guardrails which can fold and safe is an ideal design for user. This research adopts mechanism synthesize to establish its design concept with also considering of constrain. In addition, via computer aid Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0 to proceed with dimension synthesize, to build up its 3D model and implement ANSYS 11.0 to analyze stress. Finally, the physical mock up of the guardrail is to testify this new design of four-piece sick-bed guardrails.
