螢光雙陽離子兩性分子之合成

Synthesis of Fluorescent Dicationic Amphiphiles

摘要


一般而言,界面活性劑被歸類在兩性分子之中,其中包含了屬於疏水端的長碳鏈尾巴以及位於頭端各式不同型式的官能基之親水端;而藉由兩性分子種類的不同,所運用的領域也隨之不同,像是催化化學、界面科學、材料科學與生化材料等。除此之外,有些科學家們期望可以從兩性分子中得到更多樣化的物理特性,像是混合其他的添加物、作為發光團或是當作磁性物質等,使得兩性分子在近幾年相當引人注目。 首先,本論文的研究方向是利用Sonogashira coupling 反應,以逐步合成的方式來合成出由本實驗室所研發的新型兩性分子。這個新型的兩性分子在疏水端部分擁有延伸共軛系統且具有不同數目的長碳鏈尾巴,特別的是在親水端部分兩頭分別皆是四級胺鹽的離子性基團;藉由這個螢光雙陽離子兩性分子極易溶於水且可發螢光的特性,分別使用UV light、紫外線/可見光光譜儀以及螢光光譜儀,來探討其光學物理性質。

Surfactant could be classified into the amphiphiles, including for hydrocarbon chain and hydrophilic group can provide multi-function abilities. There are different applications in amphiphiles, such as catalysis chemistry, surface science, material science and biomaterial. In addition, some chemists expect to get more versatile physical characters, to mix other additives, chromophores or magnetic substance, into amphiphiles have been paid much attention in the recent year. This thesis report that developing our group synthesize novel amphiphiles by Sonogashira coupling reaction and the multi-step synthesis. The fluorescent dicationic amphiphiles possess gradual extension of conjugated hydrocarbon part and hydrophilic group of special quaternary ammonium salts. Because of the amphiphiles have good solubility in water and luminescence, to study the optical characters by UV light, uv-visible spectra, photoluminescence spectrum.
