冷凍循環系統遠端監控及故障診斷研究

摘要


空調設備為我國各類建築的主要用電,然而冰水主機會受到運轉時數增加、維修不良等因素,造成主機設備老舊退化及故障頻率增加,造成不必要的能源消耗。有鑑於此,發展自動即時監控系統,達到故障預警協助管理保養與即時故障排除,避免系統運轉損壞,維持高效率運轉周期為必要的方法。本研究為了降低在這部份的能源消耗,以Prof. Volodymyr Zhyvytsya所提出的理論及分析架構,建構一套『遠端監控系統』,讓使用者在遠端可透過智慧型手機與網路來監測運轉中系統的狀態,當系統其中一項故障條件達到,會透過網路發送信件,讓使用者得知故障之原因,可以即時做出故障排除。在遇到重大故障時可透過遠端操控軟體給予機器關閉功能,使冰水主機系統能夠在第一時間做出最好之調控,避免過度的能源消耗或造成更嚴重的故障,進而達到即時監測控制之目的。

Air conditioning equipment is the major electricity-consuming equipment in various types of buildings. The chiller of the air conditioning equipment ages with rising fault frequency to result in unnecessary energy consumption due to factors such as increasing operating hours and poor maintenance. In view of this, it is necessary to develop the automatic real time monitoring system to realize the warning of fault to help management, maintenance, and real-time fault removal to avoid system operational loss and keep operating cycles of high efficiency. To reduce the energy consumption in this respect based on the theory and analysis architecture proposed by Prof. Volodymyr Zhyvytsya, this study proposed a monitoring system of remote control, which allows the user to monitor the system operating state via smart phone and Internet. When one of the fault conditions occurs, the system sends out an email via Internet to allow the user to know the fault cause to remove it in real time. In the case of a major fault, through the remote control software, the machine can be shut down to realize the optimal adjustment and control of the chiller system at the first instance to avoid excessive energy consumption and more serious fault, and thus achieving real-time monitoring and control.
