混凝土圓柱試體低反復次數抗壓疲勞強度試驗與研究

摘要


隨著社會變遷,經濟的發達,人們對居住環境品質也日漸重視。在人們居住環境中,其生活一直都和振動息息相關,包括由建築物內部相關機械設備所產生之樓板衝擊振動,及建築物外部的交通、鐵道與鄰近建築工地施工所產生的振動等,以上這些因素不僅將影響到人們居住的生活品質與舒適性,並日後將對人體的健康產生不良的傷害。以往大家都只注意到地震對建築物結構安全的影響,卻都忽略了其他振動有可能對建築物結構所產生的影響,如電扶梯、電梯或是捷運列車運轉時所產生之微小振動是否會造成房屋結構強度之影響,為了瞭解混凝土結構物是否會受到微振動而使強度產生變化,因此,本研究進行混凝土試體受到低反復次數振動後強度壓力試驗來觀察其強度折損之研究,並做為日後研究之參考依據。 本研究內容是依據中國國家標準CNS1230為製作混凝土試體之標準,分別在不同強度下製作兩種不同大小圓柱試體,強度175kgf/cm2和強度210kgf/cm2其圓柱為15cm×30cm試體,強度280kgf/cm2其圓柱為12cm×24cm試體,並以微電腦動態疲勞試驗機來測試混凝土圓柱試體受低反復次數振動後其抗壓強度之影響,並藉由不同振動次數、振動荷重及齡期作為參數來比較,以評估混凝土強度受振動後是否有折損行為發生。

Under social transition and economic development, people have grown increasing demanding for living environment. In the human living environment, life has always been linked to vibration, including the vibration due to impact of floors caused by mechanical equipment inside the building, transportation outside of the building, vibration cause by railroad or neighboring construction sites. Those factors not only have affected the living quality and comfort of people, but post damages to health in the future. In the past, the public was concerned about the effect of earthquake on the safety of building structure, but has neglected the effects of other kinds of vibration on the structure, such as the minor vibrations caused by escalator, elevator, or running MRT train. To understand whether the strength of concrete structure is subjected to minor vibrations, this study conducted strength pressure experiments on concrete specimens under repeated low vibrations, in order to observe its strength loss and provide information for future studies. The concrete specimens used in the experiment were per CNS1230, and molded into columns of two sizes under different strengths. For strengths of 175kgf/cm2 and 210kgf/cm2, the specimen was 15cm×30cm; for strength of 280kgf/cm2, the specimen was 12cm×24cm. Micro-computer dynamic fatigue tester was used to test the effect of repeated low vibrations on the concrete strength. The results were compared under different vibration frequencies, vibration load, and duration, in order evaluate the strength loss after vibration.
