三維雷射都卜勒於血液流速量測之研究

摘要


本研究將雷射都卜勒系統同整合於三維雷射都卜勒模組中,包含透鏡、三組光纖光源模組與光檢測器,將都卜勒系統整合至與硬幣同大小,由於本系統是非侵入式的,且可依待測物體改變其光路特性,因此與其他系統比較起來,本系統具有它的方便性與優越性。三維雷射都卜勒系統可成功測出流體粒子經過3mm水管時的移動率,當欲量測的待測粒子(紅血球)通過干涉區時,因待測物本身光束干涉作用的影響,形成明暗相間的干涉條紋,使散射光具有與流速成正比關係的都卜勒頻率,利用人機介面程式將訊號擷取至電腦中,經過頻域分析及時域分析顯示於顯示儀表板中,經過多次實驗統計分析後完成單點三維雷射都卜勒量測系統。最後,利用粗條控制平台掃描3mm水管的x-z切面及白老鼠尾巴微血管之量測,再利用繪圖軟體畫出管徑週遭的速度分布圖。

This research presents the development of three dimension laser Doppler anemometry system. We combined with three groups of fiber interferometer, lens and sensor in the designed module. This system is no-invasive, and it can change its optical path of characteristics to particle, so that this system is relatively convenient and superiority. we can measured the velocity of experiment mouse and chicken blood in 3mm glass tube and tile of the mouse. Writting program of LabVIEW software that we use it interface show the signal on the computer to capture. The results of three directions of velocity at one point in the blood can be calculated from the Doppler signals and made some corrections by vector analysis. The results can be the basis on the development of 3D velocity distributions in the blood flow. Final, use rough control of the use of scanning platform pipes, use matlab to draw diameter around the rate of distribution.
