網路電信局之網頁電話系統研究與實作

摘要


近年來,網路電話隨著網路的發展,成為最熱門的網路應用之一,北科大電信局自行研發基於SIP協定( Session Initial Protocol)的網路電信局,隨著電信局的成長,佈建的分局數也愈來愈多,包括:經濟部、北科宿舍、木柵國中、景文科大等等。資料庫的數量也愈來愈大,卻缺乏一個有效管理的機制。本論文的目的在實做一套有效率的資料庫同步(Symmetric)系統,能有效的管理資料庫,並將此資料庫於北科大網路電信局網頁電話系統上供使用者查詢,結合Web call網頁電話技術,能讓使用者透過網頁介面,直接撥打給使用者。 此外,本論文提出一套網路電話分機不需透過語音總機轉接的網路分機直接互打之機制,提升了使用者撥打分機之效率;web call系統可以透過此機制,直接撥打任一傳統或是網路電話分機,讓web call的使用更加直覺、人性化。

In recent years, the VoIP with the network's development, become the most popular Internet applications. NTIL has developed SIP (Session Initial Protocol) based VoIP system telephone network, as NTIL build more and more branch servers. The number of database gets bigger and bigger, but the lack of an effective management mechanism still remains. The purpose of this paper is to build an efficient database synchronization mechanism, which effectively manages the databases in NTIL VoIP system. Furthermore, this mechanism allows users to search for VoIP data more conveniently. With the combined web call technology that allows users through the web interface, the users can directly communicate. In addition, this paper presents a set of mechanism, which allows the VoIP phones to directly communicate with each other without via IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Web call system can call the traditional or VoIP phones directly through this mechanism, which makes it more intuitive and user-friendly.
