3D醫學影像成像技術於臨床診斷應用上之探討

摘要


現代醫療機構及人員對醫學影像的倚重程度已越來越深,但人體構造的複雜精密,現有的平面數位影像早已無法滿足醫療工作人員的需求,而近年來3D科技產業的發達與普及度,讓它的入門門檻已大幅降低。本研究希望透過軟體轉換程式,將目前醫儀取得的2D醫學影像轉成3D圖像,再搭配3D Visualization的技術,期能使目前的醫學影像處理有更突破性的發展,並提供更精密精準的醫學影像,以及更寫實逼真的視覺效果,讓醫師及專業醫療人員在做診斷或病情判讀時能有更顯著的幫助。初期將透過現有影像,在另一部3D顯示器上,將2D影像轉換成3D影像顯示,讓醫師可獲取3D立體影像做病情的研判,未來也可能輔助成為手術患部即時3D影像及景深輔助系統。

Modern medical institutions have been increasingly relying on medical images . However, the structure of the human body is quite complex. The 2-D Medical images that we can get today have not been able to satisfy the needs of the doctor. In recent years, 3-D technology has become popular, and it is easier to get into the 3-D world. This study intends to convert 2-D digital images of stereoscopic 3-D type using software tools and java program, and it displays the 3-D image on 3-D LCD TV. The stereoscopic 3-D provides more precise and accurate medical imaging. This would be helpful for physicians in diagnoses. In addition, the real-time 3-D imaging system might help the doctor in surgery.
