隨著醫療院所的系統不斷擴充,所需添購的伺服器與硬體平台數量也越來越多,管理起來亦十分不易,再加上許多主機並未發揮完整的效能運作,因此有不少伺服器的運算資源均處於閒置的狀況,資源與效能並沒有充份被整合與利用,這對於醫療院所而言,是一項相當大的損失。 本研究透過科技接受模式探討資訊人員對於雲端運算的接受程度,研究結果指出:(1)資訊人員的「科技概念」、「自我效能」對以雲端運算建構健康管理平台的「認知易用」有顯著的正向影響;(2)資訊人員的「科技概念」、「自我效能」與「認知易用」對以雲端運算建構的健康管理平台的「認知有用」有顯著的正向影響;(3)「認知有用」、「認知易用」對資訊人員的「使用態度」有顯著的正向影響;(4)資訊人員的「認知有用」、「使用態度」對以雲端運算建構健康管理平台的「行為意圖」有顯著的正向影響。 本研究並以雲端服務的基礎設施即服務為基礎,提出啟動時間、CPU使用率、記憶體使用量、硬碟存取以及網路的使用的衡量標準,探討健康管理平台在雲端運算上的表現。
With the continous expansion of hospital systems, it purchasing numbers of servers and hardware, but it is difficult to manage. There are many servers not play a complete performance of operations. Lots of servers are not use their complete resources, and the computing resource of them are wasted. It is indeed a great loss for hospital because resources and performance are not fully integrated and utilized. This study use Technology Acceptance Model to discuss IT staff acceptance of health management platform Construct from Cloud Computing. The result shows that: (1)〝Technology concept〞 and 〝self-efficacy〞 led to a significant positive effect on the 〝perceived ease of use〞 of the IT staff towards. (2) 〝Technology concept〞、〝self-efficacy〞and〝perceived ease of use〞 led to a significant positive effect on the 〝perceived usefulness〞 of the IT staff towards. (3)〝Perceived usefulness〞 and 〝perceived ease of use〞 led to a significant positive effect on the 〝attitude toward use〞 of the IT staff towards. (4) 〝Perceived usefulness〞 and 〝attitude toward use〞 led to a significant positive effect on the 〝intention to use〞 of the IT staff towards. This research based on Infrastructure as a Service, propose 〝start up time〞、〝CPU utility rate〞、〝memory usage〞、〝disk access〞and 〝network usage〞 to make an performance evaluation of health management platform Construct from Cloud Computing.
