摘要


對於幼鼠咬肌注射BXTA使其咀嚼神經刺激傳導減少,造成腦部海馬迴體中CA1及CA3區神經細胞數目降低,可能影響其學習及記憶能力。由上述咬肌的活動力結果可以推論對於腦部的認知及學習記憶是有很大的相關連性,且不受年紀的大小所限制。

Evaluation the effects of masseter muscle function following BTXA injection were used mostly for diminishing excessive muscle activity (bruxism decrease) .The purpose of this study is to evaluation of hippocampal CA1 and CA3 neurons following BTXA injection in developing rats on histology level.
