衛生教育介入對國中女生接種人類乳突病毒疫苗知識、態度及行為意向之成效
The Effects of Health Education Intervention on the Knowledge, Attitude, and Behavioural Intention of Human Papillomavirus Vaccination for Female Junior High Students
摘要
子宮頸癌是全世界女性第二常見的惡性腫瘤。形成子宮頸癌最重要的危險因子為持續感染致癌型人類乳突病毒，然而人類乳突病毒是全球最常見的性接觸感染症。本研究旨在探討衛生教育介入對國中女生接種HPV疫苗知識、態度及行為意向之成效。 本研究以採單一組前後測設計，以立意選取山地離島地區某十二所國中一至三年級女學生為研究對象，於衛生教育介入前後分別施測問卷，調查工作自民國一○○年四月起，分為前測、衛生教育介入及後測三階段，為期一個月，共回收1580份有效問卷。使用SPSS 17.0版進行統計分析。 本研究主要發現包括：一、有74%的學生沒聽過HPV，且HPV相關知識答對率僅37%，表示國中女學生對HPV的認識相當不足。多數的學生對HPV疫苗抱持著正向態度，且態度受到認知的影響甚鉅。僅有37%的學生願意接種HPV疫苗。二、衛生教育介入，對國中女生的HPV知識及正向態度，確實是有成效的。三、在不同衛生教育介入模式下，DVD在小教室播放相較於醫師在大禮堂演講的HPV疫苗接種意願較高，而醫師在大禮堂演講滿意程度較DVD在小教室播放高。 本研究建議將「認識子宮頸癌與預防方法」課程列入國中健康教育之教材、政府官方可以提供統一衛生教育教材、規劃衛生教育教材時，應考量社區特性及文化層面，將知識和文化語言融會貫通，提高學生們的健康知能與行動力。

Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer among women worldwide. Human Papillomavirus is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections in sexually active women. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of health education intervention on the knowledge, attitudes, and behavioural intention of human papillomavirus vaccination for female junior high students. A one-group pretest-posttest designed was used to survey 12 junior high schools comprising total 1580 students. The intervention was conducted on the female students who were given DVD film or live lectures on HPV. Pre-intervention and post-intervention information on the knowledge, attitude and intention were collected and compared during April of 2011 and 1. Paired t-tests and Generalized estimating equation were performed using SPSS17.0 software package. The major findings of this study includes: (1) Only 26% of the subjects have heard HPV. The average score of the questions regarding the knowledge of HPV is 3.7. (2) The post-intervention scores of the study group on the knowledge and attitudes were significantly higher than pre-intervention scores. (3) Students watching the DVD film had significantly higher intention scores than than those live lecture in HPV vaccination. Live lecture satisfaction higher than DVD film. Results from the study indicated that health education intervention can play a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge, attitude and intention of uptake of vaccines.
