摘要

投票為評估所常用的方法，以往大家所熟悉的投票方式多為擇一最佳者，但此種方式無法完全表達各被評估者的地位。另一種評估系統為評估者並非只擇最優者，而是可以選擇兩者最優甚或更多加以排序。如此可以完全表達被評估者的地位。此種評估問題求解方式多是利用給予不同名次的被評估者不同的權重，乘上所有評估者給予被評估者該名次的總數，此為被評估者在該名次的分數，加總所有名次的分數，依其總分大小來決定被評估者的好壞，所以說各名次權重的決定對評估結果有重大的影響。以往的評估方法權重的給定太過主觀，本研究提出一個全面性而且公平的等第(名次)評估模式。

Voting, most frequently applied methodology in evaluation, is always considered as the best way to select the better one out of alternatives. Nevertheless, this method is unable to fully expressed all priority of the evaluated at all. There exists another evaluation system, that not only can achieve the selection for the best, but also for the ranking order of all the alternatives. So that, the priority can be fully demonstrated by this methodology. Most of solution methods towards such evaluation problems tend to provide the different evaluated individual with relative weighting. So that, on the basis of the relative weighting, the ranking order, which indicates the superiority of each other is completely shown. In other words, weighting plays a significant role in evaluation system. The major concern of this study is focused on this fair and whole-angled ranking evaluation model.
