汽車用35W氙氣燈電子安定器控制電路與程式設計之研究 研究生:莊泉龍 指導教授:劉宗平 博士 元智大學電機工程研究所 摘要 一般汽車所使用的頭燈系統為鹵素燈,而一些較高級房車上所使用的頭燈系統則為氙氣燈,它是高強度氣體放電燈。從發光強度、發光效率、演色性等方面來看,氙氣燈使用壽命均較鹵素燈為佳。尚若汽車頭燈採用氙氣燈,則可增加駕駛者的視野,以及夜間行車的安全。 汽車用氙氣燈的光功率均為35 W,其電力系統為12 V電源電壓。為了能順利啟動氙氣燈,必須適度地配合電子式安定器,才能使氙氣燈工作。 啟動氙氣燈時,需要18 KV ~ 23 KV的高壓脈衝擊穿,並且運用電子式安定器來持續,以及維持氙氣燈的工作。 為了有效控制氙氣燈35 W的光功率輸出,我們針對氙氣燈電子式安定器的可程式控制進行了完整的研究。本文基於慣用的電力電子硬體電路架構,配合PIC16F877晶片的微控技術,來執行氙氣燈之程式設計和控制。同時,利用不同的量測來探討氙氣燈於啟動期間和穩態期間的電氣特性,以檢驗可程式程序之設計是否符合需求。
A Study of electronic ballast control circuit and program for 35 W automobile xenon lamps Student:Chuan Lung Chuang Advisor:Dr. Chung Ping Liu Institute of Electrical Engineering Yuan Ze University ABSTRACT The halogen headlight system widely used in most of the automobiles. However, the xenon lamps were used in higher-class automobile headlight system, there are also called high-intensity discharge lamp. Because of high efficiency, long life and natural color, the xenon lamps are better than those of halogen lamps to add eyesight and night driving safety of drivers. The optical power of the xenon lamps used in the automobiles 35 W, their power supply for power electrics system are 12 voltage. To smooth out xenon lamps to start up, they must be harmonious with the used electronic ballast to make them work well. The xenon lamp must were needed high pulse of 18,000 ~ 23,000 voltage to ignite the lamps start up, and used electronic ballast to maintain the works of the lamps. In order to control the optical power of xenon lamps effectively output 35 W, our studies were concentrated on the programmable control design of the electronic ballast circuits of the xenon lamps. In this thesis, the power electronic circuits with PIC16F877 microcontrollers technique are use to execute the programmable control of xenon lamps. Additionally, measurements are made to probe the characteristics of the lamps during the stages of start up and steady to check whether the programmable control design of the lamps obey the requirements or not.
