摘要


鈑金在一般的壓印成形中,對鈑金成形最具影響的二部位為圓緣和衝頭圓 角上的摩擦,分別模擬這二個部位的圓緣實驗和衝鎚摩擦實驗已被建立, 本論文對厚油膜薄油膜混合油膜和邊界油膜等摩擦理論作一連慣性的理論 分析,而應用在衝鎚摩擦實驗中,目前只限定在邊界油膜的摩擦模式,希 望藉由此部份的真實糢擬結果,作為其他摩擦理論應用在衝鎚摩擦實驗的 組基礎,以建立一套完整的真實摩擦模式.

In the present research, the punch friction tests which use a tensile strip experiment to stretching of sheet over a punch corner radius in a typical draw die were used to measure the friction coefficients.Experimental variables include the mechanical properties and surface topography of material were measured before the stretching. The friction coefficients were then calculated from the exten- sions of the tensile strip. A mathematical model of sheet stretching over a cylindrical pin with boundary lubriction regime has also been developed. The theoretical prediction of friction coefficient was then compared with the experim- ental measurements.
