摘要

製造業在運用及時生產系統於本身之生產體系時,往往不能得到像當今已
使用此種生產方式,其差異在於無法得到如現實世界般的條件狀況.本論文
採用模糊理論為研究方法,針對及時生產系統應用於非嚴格控制之生產環
境及需求變動等狀況時,將製程及工作站的限制條件做模糊化條整,設計出
製程的模糊控制參數和模糊動態規劃拉式製程模式,期使臺灣本土企業及
廠商能藉由此模式的協助縮小與日本業界的差距,並在面對較大生產變因
及受制現有設備能力時,仍保持有及時系統其拉式製程的優點-產品多樣化
與低庫存成本,繼而提升市場的競爭能力.

In view of the practical environment,which is usually not
critically controlled, and the various product
requirement in domestic industries, the presrnt thesis
introduces some fuzzy adjustment on the manufacturing
processes and the limits of workstation,trying to design a
set of fuzzy control parameters and to modify the pull
product model by fuzzy dynamic programming. The proposed the
model and the modified system make it possible to reduce
the deviation between Japanese and domestic industries,
even though their equipments and environments are so
different.The pull production feature and lowering cost by
cutting down the inventory,both can be achieved and can help
the domestic JIT system users to strengthen their market
competition.
