In view of the practical environment,which is usually not critically controlled, and the various product requirement in domestic industries, the presrnt thesis introduces some fuzzy adjustment on the manufacturing processes and the limits of workstation,trying to design a set of fuzzy control parameters and to modify the pull product model by fuzzy dynamic programming. The proposed the model and the modified system make it possible to reduce the deviation between Japanese and domestic industries, even though their equipments and environments are so different.The pull production feature and lowering cost by cutting down the inventory,both can be achieved and can help the domestic JIT system users to strengthen their market competition.
