摘要


本論文之主要目的在討論熱機處理對含鈧高強度鋁合金(Al-Zn-Mg)之影響,以及討論熱機處理與熱處理之間的關係。 Al-Zn-Mg鋁合金是一種可以熱處理的鋁合金,該鋁合金具有良好的機械性質,在Al-Zn-Mg鋁合金中添加適量的鈧元素,鋁合金將會有更好的機械強度。 熱機處理是一種結合溫度變化以及加工變形的處理過程。在熱機處理的過程中,材料的顯微結構將因加工變形而改變,並影響晶粒以及晶界的變化。經過熱機處理,鋁合金的機械性質將被提升。熱機處理的結果不但可以提升鋁合金的機械性質,同時也會影響到後續析出物的成長。

This study investigated the relationship between thermomechanical processes and heat treatments. Al-Zn-Mg aluminum alloy is a kind of heat treatable aluminum alloys. This kind of aluminum alloys has high strength. After adding scandium, the mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg aluminum alloys are progressed. Thermomechanical processes are defined to include any combination of thermal and deformation processes that give rise to interactive microstructural features. The interactions of grain and grain boundaries are examined and discussed. The processes improve mechanical properties and influence precipitates.
