粒狀活性碳吸附各種工業放流水之可行性研究

摘要


摘要 目前,工業區綜合廢水、染整廢水、造紙廢水、製革廢水等 廢水處理均採用二級處理方 式,但處理之水質大多未能符合87年排放標 準,放流水中含有大量不被生物分解之物質及相當深之顏色,常常導致居 民嚴重抗議,故為達87年排放標準及減低放流水色度,實有必要利用粒狀 活性碳來吸附經二級處理之放流水及探討其對色度之影響,並評估採用活 性碳吸附之可行性。 綜合實驗結果顯示,活性碳對A工業區號放流水 、C工業區放流水、C染整廠放流水、造 紙廠、樹脂廠、A電鍍廠放流水之 COD去除效果良好(殘留濃度在23mg/L以下),對A、C工業區、C染整廠、造 紙廠、樹脂廠放流水之色度去除效果亦相當良好(殘留濃度在35以下),由 等溫吸附結果初步評估,對C工業區綜合排放水、造紙廠、製革廠排放水 很適合利用活性碳來進行吸附處理(n>1 k>2.7),各工業放流水經由活性 碳處理,其水質皆可達87年排放標準(殘留濃度在100mg/L以下)。 此 外,取各種工業之放流水,分析原pH值及在pH=7.6下之ADMI值,其差異百 分率在3%~12.8 %之間,而各色系之放流水其pH=6與pH=9時之ADMI差異百 分率除了土黃色系18.2%外,其餘皆在4.2%~7.5%之間,當所調之pH改變大 時,所測之色度變化亦相當大。各色系排放水在透視度15cm時之ADMI值 在569~1082之間,其中紅棕色排放水之ADMI值(1082)最高。色度測定,樣 品取回後應儘速分析,因樣品隨著廢水特性及受微生物作用之變化多少會 影響色度檢測結果 ADMI測定與稀釋倍數因不同廢水種類和顏色有不同之 指數關係。 再者,本研究 亦設計色度(ADMI)電腦計算程式,經電腦 計算執行結果效果良好。

Abstracts Most recent water qualities after secondary treatments commonly used inthe industrial parks for combined effluent and dye, paper and tannery wastewaterscannot meet the effluent standards for 1998 and protests raise seriously from the inhabitants for the great amount of biologically indegradable substances and considerably deep colors in the effluents. Granular activated carbon absorption for the effluent after secondary treatments is evaluated to achievethe 1998 effluent standards and to decolor the effluent with additional survey of its influence on colors. Activated carbon promises an experiment result of fairly good COD removals (residual concentration below 23 mg/l) for the effluents in induvstrial park A,industrial park C, dye plant C, paper plant, resin plant and electroplating plant A and fine decoloration (residual color below 35) for the effluents in both industrail parks A and C, dye plant C, paper plant and resin plant.Preliminary evalution with isothermal absorption for the combined effluent inindustrial park C and for effluents in the tannery and paper plants suggests theactivated carbon absorption (n>1, k>2.7) to meet the 1998 effluent standards (residual concentration below 100 mg/l). Also analyzed are various industrial effluents for ADMI at original PH and PH=7.6 with deviation percentages between 3 and 12.8%. ADMI deviation percentageslie from 4.2% to 18.2% for various effluent colors at PH=6 and PH=9. Wide range of PH variation contributes to a considerable great change in detected colors. ADMIranges between 569 and 1082 for the 15 cm transmittance of various color effluentswith the red brown effluent as the peak ADMI.Samples should be analyzed soon as possible for the effectss of wastewater characteristics and microbes on the color detections. Distinct exponentialcorrelations between the ADMIs and the dilutiontimes stand for the different and corresponding district wastewaters and samplecolors. A computer program has also been developed for the ADMI evaluation with fine and easy run effects.
