複合材料層板低速撞擊與損傷分析

摘要


低速撞擊對複合材料層板之損傷分析,與殘餘強度計算為研究重點,本文 以三維八個節點六面體有限元素法,結合Hertz接觸力理論和Newmark時間 積分法,運用Newton-Raphson Method求得撞擊過程之撞擊力,複合材料 層板之暫態反應包括位移、應變和應力,及撞擊物之位移、速度。將撞擊 分析所得之層板應力分佈,以Hashin破壞準則評估複合材料之撞擊損傷模 式、位置及範圍大小,並探討影響複合材料層板撞擊損傷之主要參數,最 後以單軸拉伸檢驗複合材料層板撞擊損傷後之殘餘強度。

The damage analysis of composite laminate under the low velocity impact, and the residual strength of the damaged laminate, are the main objects of the research. Present investigation uses 3-D finite element method combined with Hertz contact law, Newmark time integration and Newton-Raphson method, obtains the contact force and the transient responses, which include the displacements, velocities, strains and stresses of the laminate and impactor during the period of impact. The stresses are substituted into the Hashin failure criteria to determine the type, location and area of damage in the laminate. The parameters with respect to the laminate and impactor are also presented to evaluate their influence in the impact. The residual strength of the damaged laminate is calculated by applying the uniaxial tensile loading.
